Meet Chan, Dr. Dotson’s exceptional dental assistant for over 26 years! Chanisty, a proud Sallisaw native and graduate of Sallisaw High School, honed her skills at Platt College for dental assisting. When she’s not at the office, she enjoys quality time with her three kids and her loyal companion, Bubba.
Jolee Reese
Patient Care Coordinator
Introducing Jolee, our vibrant team member who joined us in August 2022! Jolee, along with her husband, Austin, chose Sallisaw as their home in 2016. Now, they take pride in nurturing their two lovely daughters and caring for two furry companions. Beyond the office, Jolee enjoys maintaining a tidy home, indulging in retail therapy, and ensuring her children partake in enriching activities. With 2 years of dental experience, Jolee excels in building strong connections with our patients. Her utmost priority is to create a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors.
Nikki Webb
Clinical Director
Meet Nikki! Our patients recognize her friendly face by now. Since she started in 2021, Nikki has been an essential part of Sallisaw Dental Care, serving as Dr. Gray’s trusted assistant. For those who haven’t had the pleasure of meeting her, here are some fun facts about Nikki and her vibrant life outside of dentistry!
Nikki hails from Spiro, OK, and proudly graduated from Heavener High School. After graduation, she pursued her education at UAFS on a cheer scholarship. In her free time, Nikki enjoys quality moments with her spouse and their two boys. They also run a small cattle operation and a horse training business that certainly keeps them on their toes! “This will be my 6th year in dentistry & I couldn’t have chose a better field for myself, the best part of my job is being able to comfort patients while at the dentist.”
Leah Click
Dental Assistant
Meet Leah! Leah joined the Sallisaw Dental Care team in July of 2022 as one of Dr. Dotson’s dedicated and compassionate dental assistants. Known for her heart of gold, Leah goes above and beyond to ensure the well-being of her patients and creates a supportive environment for her coworkers. Outside of the office, Leah indulges in her passions for fishing, hunting, quality time with her family, and working on her car.
Yesi Ortiz
Office Manager
Meet Yesi, a dedicated member of the Sallisaw Dental Care team since 2021. With over a decade of experience in the field of dentistry, Yesi has always been passionate about her work. In addition to her responsibilities at Sallisaw Dental Care, she is a registered nurse and mother to three beautiful children.
Logan Donaldson
Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Meet Logan! Logan graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith in 2019. She has been practicing dental hygiene locally since graduation. Logan loves getting the opportunity to help people achieve their happiest and healthiest smile!
Logan is a proud Sallisaw native and is passionate about giving back to her community. Logan enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Christian, and two boys, Brooks and Cooper. You can find her at the lake for the weekend, tending to her garden and chickens, or with her nose in a book.

Jenny Dixon
Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Meet Jenny! With more than 20 years of experience as a Registered Dental Assistant, Jenny went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from University of Arkansas–Fort Smith. She is passionate about providing gentle, thorough care while easing dental anxiety and helping patients feel confident in their smiles. Jenny values patient education and strives to create a calm, welcoming environment where every patient feels comfortable and respected.
Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, exploring creative hobbies, and spoiling her dachshund, Lacey.
